Refund policy

• We offer a 7-day return policy.
• Returned products must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• For wrong or missing items, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Do not hand over products without a pick-up slip or confirmation via SMS.
• Only one free exchange or return is allowed per order.
• If your pin code is outside our serviceable area for reverse logistics, you will need to self-ship the product (preferably via Speed Post), and the courier cost should not exceed Rs 200.
• Do not accept any package that appears tampered with.
• Refunds for COD orders will be processed via cashback, coupon code, or bank transfer.
• Never share your OTP with the carrier unless you have received the product.
